Credit Card Privacy
Multihotel will not charge your credit card through our website. Your credit card information is only required to guarantee your booking. You will just pay for your stay at the hotel.

We understand that you may have some doubts about giving your credit card details online.

Ways to contact with the client
When you make a reservation with us, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. This document will be necessary for your check-in. Please keep it with you.

We will send you an e-mail after your hotel stay. This e-mail contains some simple questions, and its aim is to provide a feedback of your opinion about the hotel.You can also request our newsletter that contains promotions, general information about our services, etc.
