This website has been created and is operated by N.M. Marketing & Turismo, owner of the brand Multihotel. We act as an intermediate between hotels and users. With our website you will be able to do a hotel reservation.
Our service is based on information provided by the hotels. We will try whenever possible to have the most accurate information possible.
Multihotel cannot be held responsible for interruptions or lack of information in the hotel specific page.

3. Credit Card Guarantee
Hotels require credit card details only to guarantee your reservation and to confirm its veracity. When you reserve a hotel you will automatically enter into an agreement with the hotel you have chosen. Multihotel will not charge your credit card. Your credit card information is only required to guarantee your booking. You will pay for your stay at the hotel.
We understand that you may have some doubts about giving your credit card details online. Please bear in mind that Multihotel works with secure servers and use the latest, most secure technology available. This is called "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) technology. Our SSL certificate has been issued by RapidSSL, a well know company.

4. No Cancellation / Reservation Fees
Our services are totaly free of charge. Multihotel will not charge any fee for cancellation or reservation.

5. Cancellation
In order to cancel a reservation, please follow the instructions in the confirmation email sent to you.
If you cancel according to the cancellation policy of the hotel, you will not have to pay a fee. Please read the cancellation policy of the hotel carefully. If you cancel later than requested by the hotel or do not show up, the hotel might charge you a fee which is in most cases an equivalent for 1 night stay. As stated, Multihotel will not charge you any cancellation fee.
